To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過海防道見到新港中心新開一間一人燒肉店，今日終於去試一試！餐廳環境寬敞，進入店內亦唔會充滿燒肉油煙味👍🏻食物方面有多種唔同選擇，亦可以按食量選擇肉量份量！加$15就可以將飯升級變成木魚絲紫菜蛋飯，其實單單一個紫菜蛋飯就已經非常下飯😋🔸五花腩 & 豬五花腩套餐 $48豬五花腩肥瘦分明，揀選100 g套餐性價比非常高！配上飯，女性朋友剛剛好！🔸Like 套餐（牛舌。牛五花。橫膈膜肉）$108橫膈膜肉屬於啖啖肉質感之選！一次過嘗試三種唔同種類牛肉。總括🔹值得一讚，餐牌大部份套餐都可以按肉類重量選擇價錢，同時亦有單點肉類項目！飯量都係以重量選擇，唔會浪費！
