To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 周日去南丫島玩完一輪因友人未試過離島食海鮮五點幾行到索罟灣開餐睇左幾間價錢都差唔多就入左去臨海位 最衰多雲 如果唔係睇日落一流><點左個set B炸鮮魷d粉唔厚  但d魷魚淋得濟 都ok我反而唔太鐘意佢個配汁 原味好食d黑椒蝦 好似無黑椒 避風塘煮法 幾正d蝦炸得好趣先炒 原隻食唔洗拆殻  岩我呢d懶人扇貝  上面鋪晒粉絲同蒜  連我唔食既裙邊都挑曬  gd不過好似蒸過龍乾左小小同無咩鮮味仲有個菜同炒飯連野飲 兩個人都食得好飽埋單270 做遊客生意既地方呢個價算係咁不得不提個侍應叔叔睇佢個樣粗粗魯魯 但服務態度真係好好落單前佢同我地介紹d菜埋單問佢知唔知幾點有船佢仲俾埋張船期我地(其實係卡片xp)仲同我地講星期日六點半有加班船食完行過碼頭岩岩好成餐飯特然間值晒=D
