To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣時代廣場—香港地標性建築,每次行街都有經過,名店林立。街頭店舖密密更換,原因只有一個,天價租金。我愛搵美食,特別見到一些「性比會高」的餐廳,就會想同大家分享。今日來到時代廣場食通天12樓鍾廚,這間酒樓平時都排曬隊,好難有位,必定有其吸引之處,唔收茶錢及加一係其中之一,今次我係先打電話留檯。一行3人叫了:1)石榴脆皮雞$128:皮脆肉嫩,好香,一般酒樓會用豉油,但這間創意在石榴汁,估唔到咁好味2)薑汁芥蘭$88: 炒得剛好,有鑊氣,唔老,算合格。3)清蒸海星斑$380:職員叫我去漁池挑選,話條老鼠斑今日到,成本價俾我(咁好) 我撊左條星斑清蒸4)雙蔥牛柳粒$138: 有洋蔥,腰果、京蔥等配料,好香,師傅炒得有鑊氣,無過火5)杏汁豬潤湯$198:(忘記影相)足料燉湯職員訂座時叫我要留,話招牌菜,會賣曬連白飯(竟然係蕃薯蒸飯,夠曬健康)最後埋單$964(食咁多埋單唔駛一千)
