To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日嚟咗呢度午餐,叫咗幾籠燒賣,同事大叫咗一聲,我哋一齊望過去,發現有隻蒸熟咗嘅曱甴係個隻燒賣度,嚇到大家都唔敢食,於是叫個經理嚟,佢睇完就淨係收咗嗰籠燒賣,我哋再叫佢cancel埋其他啲燒賣,太恐怖啦,因為有機會全部幾籠一齊蒸,咁都汚染左。個經理收曬啲燒賣,連一句對唔住都冇就走咗。BLACKLIST佢
