To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我食過呢間餐廳幾次,覺得價錢合理,味道都可以,但係今次之後,我一定一定唔會再去。佢哋既衛生意識好有問題,就算唔係疫情,我都接受唔到,佢哋個樽撈檬汁竟然重用既。佢哋會用一個高身杯仔裝啲汁,我無用晒,佢竟然執枱拎番廚房🤯。簽卡個時忍唔住一問之下,個staff 竟然覺得無問題咁答佢哋啲汁係重用。個杯撈㩚汁係枱咁耐,點知啲客點用,打過乞嗤,咳到甩肺都有可能,大家講嘢都口沫橫飛啦。一啲cover 都無,點可以重用…真係好嘔心!!!
