To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時吃得多肉,是時候浄化一下腸胃,先可以長吃長有。老婆都意識到肥胖的問題🤣,說要吃素。餐廳是樓上舖,不是很多餐廳那類大廈,所以上落都自舒服,不會擠擁。脆藜麥羅馬番茄伴芝麻醬去皮冰凍的番茄,入口酸酸甜甜,混着芝麻香,很開胃的前菜。香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手卷這個比較像沙律做法,用紙菜包着芒果片,牛油果片和芽菜,加上小小醬,芽菜比較多,雖然爽脆,但感覺比較乾,如果多小小汁就更加好。松茸竹笙黃耳百合燉湯一個健康清淡的湯,飲落有松茸香,好適合我這種平時少湯水的人,因為感覺上用了不時時間燉出來。牛肝菌栗子芋頭野菌啫啫煲配珍珠糙米飯菇菌類配上栗子,將材料本身的香味互相加強,這些材料本來已是比較香濃型,用啫啫做法,香上加香。椰香紫薯千層糕顏色很美,椰香和紫薯味没有互搶,配搭得很子,很適合紫薯控。韓風蘆薈柚子蜜冬天飲品都係有些蜜潤一潤比較好,最喜歡柚子的香,吃落没有苦澀味。店肉坐位闊落,沙發坐位,坐得舒服,顏色以粉色為主,女士會比較喜歡。
