To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今朝陪媽媽睇完醫生，就行去附近搵D好野，3母女食餐飯😂 我細妹就極力推薦呢間～北京老家上到去真係令我好驚訝，首先大門好似有2個門神咁，好莊嚴，入到去就選左一張4人檯，檯中間玻璃下有個青花盤，原來入面養左幾條金魚🐠🐟活生生的。呢度既檯櫈都十足電影內古時的竹藤傢具簡直令我好似置身於「倩女幽魂」一劇當中講返正題先，我地3人叫左3個午餐，相當抵食，叫左薺菜炒年糕，套餐仲有3粒韮菜水餃（$52）、紅油抄手和小籠包，套餐內今天包埋豬皮凍（$52）而3款套餐都有番茄蛋花湯一個，由於今天係星期六關係，每人要額外另加$12茶錢，而呢度全日都免加一的味道方面真係，小籠包熱辣辣，肉汁多，皮都算薄、紅油抄手夠🌶特別在係用甜豉油，令到🌶中帶甜👍🏻、薺菜炒年糕中有少少肉絲，令到味道無咁齋😍，每樣都做得非常精美呢餐食到飽飽都係$192埋單，我細妹真係無介紹錯

，小籠包熱辣辣，肉汁多，皮都算薄
、紅油抄手夠🌶特別在係用甜豉油，令到🌶中帶甜👍🏻、薺菜炒年糕中有少少肉絲，令到味道無咁齋😍，每樣都做得非常精美
呢餐食到飽飽都係$192埋單，我細妹真係無介紹錯
