今天去咗海堤灣畔的Mint & Basil。中午時分,外面嘅天氣有啲熱,所以揀咗響室內用餐,餐廳環境相當舒適,簡約嘅裝潢讓人感到放鬆,餐牌上的選擇都好吸引。馬拉盞炒通菜嘅馬拉盞醬有啲微辣味道,配上新鮮的通菜,爽口惹味。炭燒豬頸肉表面有點燒烤嘅香味,肉質非常Juicy,搭配特製醬汁,味道一流!叫咗份黄咖哩蟹肉配搭印度薄餅,每次嚟都必試,蟹肉勁多,咖哩醬濃郁,汁料裡面有芹菜、紅椒、洋蔥,口感丰富。薄脆可口嘅薄餅沾蟹肉黄咖哩同食,非常惹味。兩杯mocktail非常好飲。一杯是fruit float,由芒果果肉、柳橙汁、鳳梨汁和石榴糖漿淋上椰子奶油製成,另一杯mango blast則是將芒果果肉、新鮮黃瓜、蜂蜜、新鮮酸橙汁和薑汁啤酒混合而成,特別適合這炎熱的夏日,喝下去讓人感覺格外解渴!
