To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日目標只有一個....就係麻麻地奶凍餐廳出面佈滿明星相同飲食推介。仲有menu可以排住隊睇。中午一點幾，好彩未坐滿，唔駛等位雖然目標係麻麻地奶凍，但都要食啲嘢醫下個肚先，揀咗重慶酸辣粉少少辣，本來想要多杯青瓜豆漿，但唔叫套餐要正價，$31有啲貴，下次叫套餐先加$10要杯重慶酸辣粉，辣度適中，花生有啲淋，不過不失，冇咩特別。麻麻地奶凍太心急啦，食咗兩啖先醒起要影相記以前係附近返工，同事帶我黎食，佢話必試青瓜豆漿同麻麻地奶凍。點知一試難忘，經開呢頭都會過黎食甜甜地嘅奶凍入口香滑，舌頭先感受奶凍嘅甜味，慢慢開始感覺到麻痺感，呢種感覺都幾刺激，有啲似戀愛咁，開頭甜絲絲，慢慢感到痛楚，但你又會抗拒唔到，愈食愈愛上食到底仲會見到好多麻椒粒佈滿碗底
