To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

個待應蓄意撞我張櫈, 望返後面其實又唔係冇位行喎。作為一位待應, 如果你覺得礙住你, 你應該禮貌地問客人可唔可以褪前少少, 而唔係三番四次用力撞張櫈。仲有, 個待應落落下單自己走咗去, 留時返*餐廳當時並唔多人*, 咁嘅態度仲值得俾加一？當時都幾困惑同埋失望下。整體而言呢間餐廳服務質素真係搞唔掂, 有眼都睇得出個待應唔憂做, 唔會再幫襯！
