Restaurant: Lockcha (Hong Kong Park)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放完长假返工,中午路过乐茶轩便想进来食点素食;记得这家每天菜单都不同,上次来时可选择特别少,今次选择多了不少,而且菜式都很合胃口。 点了几样小菜,其中香煎莲藕饼配着香醋非常爽滑,几乎每次来都会点;咖喱素芳看似普通咖喱,但入口清爽椰香浓郁又不感觉腻,配着附送的夹饼非常入味。其中夹杂花菜蘑菇豆皮种类不少,推荐!凉拌海珊瑚也非常适合香港夏天,爽口、入味,同桌也赞不绝口。配着芝麻及自家的酱汁,很有一番滋味!他家的茶叶也并没有觉得多么特别,但偶尔还是会顺带买包带回办公室冲泡。两人吃饱再加茶叶也不足400,物美价廉,很不错的午餐。
