To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得以前對北京最深刻嘅印象就係萬里長城,我相信有好多人心目中都係,但係除咗景點之外佢嘅食物亦都令我年年不忘,特別係北京最出名嘅片皮鴨。出邊餐廳賣片皮鴨嘅食肆其實都好多,酒樓都會有。但係真正燒得皮脆不油膩嘅,我相信要專門嘅北京師傅先至可以做得到。呢一度嘅片皮鴨都達到我嘅要求,上枱嘅時候仲係熱辣辣,入口嘅時候會有脆口感,咬落有少少油滲出,但係唔會有油膩嘅感覺。而佢所包嘅皮都係新鮮熱辣整出嚟 ,再配上京蔥青瓜同埋特製嘅醬汁,好懷念嘅味道。掛住講個鴨唔記得咗講返佢嘅配菜,呢一個涼菜都幾特別,比起經常食嘅涼拌青瓜皮蛋更有特色。佢係用咗紅心嘅蘿蔔,其實香港都比較少見,我相信係特別訂過嚟嘅,食嘅時候非常之爽口,會有少少嘅甜味,小小嘅苦味,甘甘香香。另外最重要嘅就係呢一碗擔擔麵,差啲我哋就唔記得咗叫,最後見到隔離枱叫呢個擔擔麵嘅時候就算已經飽肚都一定要叫返碗嚟食,非常香嘅花生醬味道,上面有一層博博嘅肉醬,再配埋師傅現場即拉嘅麵條,好味。
