To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時好少會系魚一食堂食,多數都系叫外賣返屋企食,因為實在太多人等位!今日咁岩約咗朋友食lunch,朋友表示未食過魚一,次次行過都見到人山人海排隊,咁岩我哋見吾算多人等,就問店員攞飛,店員一句未得閒,叫我哋出門口等,咁我哋就出返去,企咗系門旁等,等咗5分鐘咗右,有2個學生妹妹入去攞飛,結果成功攞到飛🤷🏻‍♀️之後我就再入去問店員攞飛,佢完全忘記咗叫我哋出去等佢🤦🏻‍♀️大概等咗1個鐘咗右,終於叫到我哋嘅號碼,系店員西口西面嘅情況下帶到我哋坐系店舖最入面嘅一張2人枱我哋正價餐牌叫咗幾款,再叫多2個lunch set,之後店員落完單比番張單我哋我哋之後發現落漏咗個露筍牛肉卷,於是同店員講,佢望一望我哋,之後講句賣晒就行開咗😅個樣西到呢跟壽司set上嘅,有啲變味,不過店員太西,食咗啖就無理,廢事又要睇店員西面配飯食🤐食物等咗20分鐘到都上齊,我哋系食嘅途中,見到隔離枱想搵店員換茶壺,店員連行都冇行過去,直接企系收銀附近大嗌一句人手不足,就冇再理過佢🤦🏻‍♀️講真呢間嘢食物質素系可以,但系服務真系好差!由攞飛到落單,食完再去收銀埋單,店員嘅態度神情都系西到飛起,魚一由細舖做到依家合拼兩間舖頭做大舖,都

講真呢間嘢食物質素系可以,但系服務真系好差!由攞飛到落單,食完再去收銀埋單,店員嘅態度神情都系西到飛起,魚一由細舖做到依家合拼兩間舖頭做大舖,都系因為有班客人捧你哋場,但如果你哋繼續用吾休做嘅態度對客,呢種爆場排隊嘅境況又可以維持幾耐?
