To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 比較杏花村的分店,這兒環境更理想,侍應人手充足,跟得更貼。食物水準也算不差:豬軟骨及牛尾都相當腍滑,雞扒肉本身沒什麼味道,不過有不辣的咖喱汁幫忙,又有喜愛的穀飯,感覺不錯。令人失望的反是主打的烏冬,雖然幾滑卻欠煙韌彈牙的質地。菠菜餅雖然外脆內軟,亦並不油膩,但是吃不到幾多煙肉味道。同樣是可以做得更好的地方。
