To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間嘅巴斯克蛋糕我一直都有留意，行過見到就走咗入去試。呢個巴斯克蛋糕係絕對嘅口感驚喜，一咬落去，啲層次感就即刻爆發。有啲蛋糕底層好濕潤，中間嘅cream好厚實。蛋糕嘅內裡都好軟滑綿密，每一口咬落去，都可以感受到啲蛋糕嘅濃郁奶香味。揀咗一個茶味同一個酒味，兩隻味都好出，絕對唔係hea你。佢哋嘅巴斯克蛋糕唔係好甜膩，啲甜味都係恰到好處，唔會過分，好適合唔鍾意太甜嘅人。你可以一次過食好幾塊，完全無壓力！
