京蔥爆羊肉 : 羊肉肉香而不腥,爆炒後有淡淡嘅羊臊味,配上京蔥嘅香甜,食完一口一口,送啤酒一流。家鄉炒米粉: 米粉Q彈,配上白豬仔午餐肉10分惹味,加上火候炒得好乾身,好有鑊氣,加少少辣椒醬,香濃而不油,食得好滿足。招牌酸菜魚: 酸菜魚份量十足,餐廳用咗整條黑魚包括魚頭魚骨,煲咗個靚湯,再喺湯底入邊加入酸菜,泡椒,酸筍將酸菜魚嘅酸度提升到唔同層次,再用花椒香油令到魚肉入口爽滑,香辣麻香恰到好處,一啖接一啖10分過癮。而且仲有大量配料芽菜同寬粉,兩個人食到好飽飽。蒜蓉炒菜心: 菜心配搭豬腩肉一齊爆炒10分爽滑,菜心吸收咗豬油嘅香氣食落好香口,簡單嘅調味,帶出咗豬腩肉嘅油香,菜心嘅清甜。唔錯。
