To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

口淡淡,想吃點惹味的菜式,於是來到這間性價比極高的星馬菜餐廳!來到店裏,當然不得不試馳名的厚切8安士咖喱豬扒飯!顧名思義,厚切豬扒,自然肉汁味濃,極具咬感,而且份量超大。然後加上惹味的咖哩汁,再配食印度薄餅,整道菜配合得天衣無縫,令人一試難忘,每次都想再encore!然後再試馬拉肉骨茶,未食之前,已經聞到藥材味濃郁,肉骨甚為入味,很快就吃掉一碗!食到肉骨茶,自然一啖都唔想浪費,所以加錢叫碟豆卜,將個肉骨茶食到最盡,真係食到 Lam Lam 脷!
