To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

臨近聖誕，餐廳難找位置而且價錢都不便宜，幸好都能找到一間主打新加坡和馬來風味的小店用餐。先來一碗熱騰騰的海鮮喇沙，湯底帶濃郁香料和椰子香味，味道沒有過咸。海鮮都頗為豐富，有兩隻蝦碌、帆立貝和蟹棒等，食完一碗都很飽。另外我們也點了新加坡炒貴刁，上枱時一大碟很足料，貴刁伴隨臘腸、魚片和大蝦等一起炒，好豐富。貴刁炒得乾身有鑊氣，醬汁咸香帶辣，粉條吸收了醬汁的精華好惹味。飲品方面，咖啡味道似是即沖即溶咖啡，欠缺咖啡香，非常一般。 檸檬薏米水則較為淡口，飲品只放有一小薄片檸檬，完全不夠檸檬味，不過薏米很足料，飲極還有。
