To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收工約左朋友係公司附近食，平時lunch 同同事呢間都覺得喇沙好食，所以今日帶朋友黎介紹下比佢。平日夜晚early dinner, 人都唔少，陸續有人入去食晚飯。餐廳面積算大，有成兩個鋪位咁多。環境光猛，寛敞幾舒服餐牌都好多款式，由小食至正餐，仲有喇沙專頁，實搵到你岩既東南亞菜炒貴刁係隨心招牌菜，辣得帶勁，惹味有鑊氣，最中意佢面底係傳統河粉加麵線，仲有幾隻大蝦，非常足料。叫印度薄餅係因為$18 好抵食，所以一開始冇咩期望。但估唔到都好高質，咖喱香，薄餅煙un 大塊。串燒都抵食，雞肉好嫩，豬肉都夠厚，但係d 汁我點番咖喱汁多過沙嗲汁，因為呢間花生醬味較濃。豬頸肉嫩滑，火候岩岩好估唔到$48 咁多塊，同埋佢配埋檸檬汁，酸酸地好開胃夾埋兩個每人都係一百幾抵食
