Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

意外地唔貴,重有折....不過食物有點失望

公司又請食飯，今次食半自助餐。酒店高層，環境都幾好，可惜望出窗就望到人地既住宅。前菜自助區，雖然話款式唔係好多，但每款都幾好味的。落完Order，就會有盤麵包，全部都好好味呢。餐湯，一般般，但酒店黎講，就有D失色，應該要再好D囉。牛扒，都係一般，唔難食，但酒店黎講，真係做得唔夠好。魚柳，依個真係十萬個唔得，我地十幾人，有半數人叫左魚柳的，個個都話難食，又乾又硬又勁鹹，有D同事食左2啖直情放棄唔食，去夾前菜食到飽就算。因為真係太差，我地討論左好耐，終於有個高級D既侍應留意到，行黎問我地係咪有乜問題。其中一位同事碟魚未收走，就比佢睇，又乾又硬，真係好難食囉。之後冇耐，果個高級D既侍應就拎過一碟又軟又滑，但都重係勁鹹既魚黎，比番同事食。講真，可能依位經理唔知，我地Total好似叫左6,7碟魚柳的，係冇一個人有食晒件魚柳。只係補償一碟，真係唔會夠D同事分。每人一口試過，都真係好奇，點解之前果輪既魚柳可以咁難食？隔夜番煎的嗎？最後，大家都係試過就算。唔再追究囉，我真心覺得，我班同事真係太好人。如果比我老公佢地，應該全枱人都要求上番一份正常的魚柳或者會叫人地收少幾碟錢呢。甜品區，款式真係少，但全部

 甜品區，款式真係少，但全部蛋糕都幾好味。

唔，講真，我有D意外，只係200幾一個lunch，重要有恆生卡有75折喎，如果唔係佢個魚柳失準，真係好抵食。
