To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時多數黎邊爐。，今日第一次食小菜，估唔到都唔差咼。成日見到啲部長係客人面前燒虾，我都想食好耐啦。今次就叫左個醉虾，啲虾仲好生猛架 煮都好大火，啲虾正呀，好重酒味！價錢好似都係128咋 算抵啦 又新鮮又有真人表演睇仲有叫左半隻沙薑雞同炒左個菜，沙薑雞竟然冇骨架 非常細心呀！甜品就試左個西米布甸 超好味呀！
