甫田荔枝肉平時菠蘿咕嚕肉就食得多,嚟到呢度梗係食佢嘅招牌荔枝咕嚕肉,呢望著賣相色澤好似好好食 識落酸酸甜甜味道都好醒胃。肉質外脆內軟,每粒都被荔枝甜包圍住跳跳魚撞豆腐豆腐唔似平時我哋食既滑豆腐,佢嘅豆腐比較厚實重豆味,而且隱約有陣煙燻味。雖然條魚賣相好醜樣😂但煲出嚟嘅湯出奇好飲,味道非常鮮味,極力推介!辣子鮮海蠣利苑聞到已經覺得好香,有川菜嘅味道。啲蠔稍稍炸咗,外面嘅炸漿唔算厚,裏面加入仍然好嫩滑,配埋麻麻辣辣嘅辣椒乾,非常香口。鮑魚紅燒肉鮑魚紅燒肉入面一碟有三隻鮑魚,師傅用咗花刀嘅切法,令到啲醬汁入晒去,口感彈牙之餘亦都入味。紅燒肉就係用咗豬腩肉,每層肥瘦相間,就算連豬皮都煮到好柔軟,入口即溶,食嘅時候會喺下面點個蠟燭,令到碟餸唔會因為凍左而凝晒油~

鮑魚紅燒肉入面一碟有三隻鮑魚,師傅用咗花刀嘅切法,令到啲醬汁入晒去,口感彈牙之餘亦都入味。紅燒肉就係用咗豬腩肉,每層肥瘦相間,就算連豬皮都煮到好柔軟,入口即溶,食嘅時候會喺下面點個蠟燭,令到碟餸唔會因為凍左而凝晒油~
