一如以往Black sheep旗下餐廳食物向來有質素保證😗而依間餐廳牛扒的確出色🥩主打炭燒dye-aged牛扒。環境好有佛羅倫斯風情,音樂同氣氛都唔錯,好似有種置身係意大利嘅感覺✈️當時係冇晚市嘅時候🙂當日到3點餐廳就變咗”夜晚時段”,職員將燈光較暗,成個氣氛唔同哂,更有情調,所以食到主菜後啲相影到炒晒車🤣蒜蓉麵包粒係Welcome snacks,嚟到熱辣辣,又香又軟,幾惹味😛前菜Beef tartare噱頭十足,職員會先將整牛肉他他材料show俾我哋影一影相,之後再將材料同醬汁攪拌均勻。洋蔥同芥末味偏重,加上橄欖油嘅香味,配搭咖喱味薄脆別有一番風味😋Beef ragu pasta意粉形狀幾特別,較al-dente但麵粉感幾足,賣相幾吸引,可惜味道相當一般🤭坦白講,上牛扒時第一印象賣相係唔討好,甚至以為塊扒烤到濃咗🤣切完之後就見到啲肉勁粉嫩,食完第一啖已經對佢改觀哂😝1kg T-bone steak 係最signature steak,風乾後牛扒肉味特別濃!西冷同牛柳兩邊部位分別唔太大,兩者同樣肉質鮮嫩,咬落去肉汁豐富😋另外450g bone-in striploin亦係高質之選😍厚切牛

一定要留肚食甜品❗ 我本身好怕太甜嘅甜品,但依度嘅Meringhe絕對令我改觀❗️包你有驚喜😗嚟到依度冇食過meringhe的話,真係當你冇嚟過😂因為真係好好食😍外面超鬆脆,看似好大份,但內裏好似棉花糖咁嗰種空氣感😉 出奇地味道唔會太甜!tiramisu其實都唔差,幾好食㗎!只係相比之下會較失色😆
