太耐無去街,成條 soho 依利近變咗勁多都唔知(永遠懷念 Sahara)。Acquasala 主打食意大利菜🇮🇹嘢食主要比較精緻玲瓏,價錢Soho 嚟講唔算進取(但係 starter main dessert 都差唔多價錢🤣 感覺狂食main 會最抵)可以試多幾種唔同款式前菜有 burrata 同 scallop carpaccioBurrata 清新柔滑,口感好正切開仲有爆醬,但個調味好似淺味咗小小;Scallop carpaccio 口感好滑,味道都幾鮮又開胃兩味前菜都正常發揮,但個主菜就驚喜好多個 roast beef topped Japanese rice 牛肉薄切烤完但唔會太熟一啲都唔柴,食落牛味好濃唔會肥又嫩口,仲要加埋蛋撈埋一齊,仲有日本米索曬啲精華,不得了勁好食,呢個絕對值得為咗佢再嚟 💯Truffle tagliolini 麵條彈牙,滿滿松露食落都幾香兩個甜品tiramisu 同 crème brûlée 都高水準發揮嘅,但成一百蚊一個咁細我覺得有小小貴最後,要勁讚嘅係外藉侍應姐姐超級醒目,我哋話要拎住個 tiramisu 杯影合照,佢竟然主動話:你哋係咪有人生日
