最近新開張的一間潮州菜館,晚上挺多人來聚餐的,食物質素挺高的,雖然裝修看起來挺高級,但價錢是正常的價錢,愛吃潮州菜的可以來試試!鵝肉雙拼(198元)這個就選了元蹄來作雙拼。鵝肉拿到鵝背的部位,吃起來肉嫩多汁,又很有彈性,陣陣的滷水香,本身鵝味也突出。元蹄的口感爽滑,完全不油膩,挺有驚喜。底下還有滷豆腐,口感嫩滑有豆香。普寧豆醬生焗嘉美雞(半隻)(228元)用的是嘉美雞挺少見的,成本都比較高呢!半隻的份量挺多,肉質嫩滑,又不會太肥膩,亦有雞味。鹹甜的普寧豆醬跟雞油混合在一起後,吃起來特別香滑,亦特別下飯!汕頭煎蠔烙(128元)這個蠔烙蛋香味更香濃一點,口感外脆內軟糯的,中間有大量的蠔仔,吃起來特別鮮甜,肉質又很嫩!反沙芋頭(88元)潮汕地區很熱門的一道甜品,外層一甜甜的糖殼,中間是超粉的芋頭,口感外脆內粉,吃起來是濃濃的芋頭香,帶點一絲絲的甜。
