To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在嶺南三個年頭,中菜廳陪了我三年,吃了不知多少餐…早茶…午茶…下午茶…晚飯…火鍋…離開這裡一年…時不時都回來走走…今日約定舊同學回來飲茶… 除了我們…也遇見同期舊生回來飲茶…就是這樣,回這裡不需要有目的,就是想回來,就回來。這種歸屬感,我相信嶺南是營造得比其他院校出色的。以前最愛吃這裡的流沙包,奶黃半流狀態…熱烘烘,左手拋右手…好味得不得了,今天當然要吃啦,沒以前那麼好吃,包也愈來愈小…但親切感要加分了。炸芋角,叉燒酥, 蛋撻仔…叉燒腸, 蝦餃, 牛肉,燒賣, 馬拉糕…全部不過不失最好食的是豆沙鍋餅和香芒雪花卷呢這裡的選擇比鄰近的富泰村酒樓是少了一點,但味道一點都不差,而且環境舒適,侍應服務親切,最重要是價錢也很合理。有時間一定會多點回來呢…
