To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

東涌晚上揾食艱難!除了街市外數檔質素不高的小食店外别無他選,不過近來發現東昇樓海鮮酒家原來由晚上六時至零四時供應點心夜茶,對於喜歡一盅兩件的我當然是個大喜訊! 夜茶選擇不少除了點心外還有粥、蒸飯可選,價錢直迫酒樓級數!不過免收加一和茶錢只收$5感覺較酒樓抵點點! 選了香莤叉燒腸$25,腸粉皮不算十分滑溜但勝在足料非常,甜豉油也調得恰好吃得過的! 蠔皇鮮竹卷$25絕對是舊式的味道,煙韌的腐皮包裹著味道不俗的餡料,獻汁也調得口感恰好。 蒜香蒸鳳爪$25,雞皮質感不淋淋的還帶點爽口不是我喜歡的口感,而味道則跟平常吃的同樣。 最後有蟲草花蒸雞飯$35,份量超足的蒸飯口感恰到好處,蟲草花香氣加上滑溜的雞件,我給它打了超高分可以話係必吃之飯。
