餐廳位於AIRSIDE,顧名思義主打多款正宗越南菜式,由前菜、小食、主食到飲品一應俱全。店內廚師全部來自越南,聽聞連門外副畫都係請學生登門拜訪一筆一畫畫出嚟!前菜有青木瓜柚子蝦沙律,菜品新鮮,冰冰涼涼,醬汁調味適中,酸酸may may,開胃又健康。私心推介香葉肉碎生菜包,可以按個人喜好選擇辣度、鹹度同油度,肉碎入味,包埋生菜超級夾,可大大降低整體油膩感。咖哩牛肋條配法包同樣出色,肉質嫩滑,仲有薯仔,法包散發著淡淡麵包香氣,點埋咖喱好出色。燒豬頸肉撈檬份量適中,豬頸肉滑嘟嘟,麵條掛汁、銀芽豆卜雲耳炒金邊粉都唔錯,炒至乾身且唔油,整體性價比高。
