To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間三記開咗好多年，聽過好多朋友介紹，但位於慈雲山，對我嚟講真係有啲遠，咁啱有朋友話帶路，於是就殺上慈雲山會一會佢，一去到就見到佢座無虛席，啲檯櫈排曬出街。先嚟一支大啤，一碟鹵水試下先，墨魚片同腎片都切得好薄，鹵水香料味重，唔會太咸，有啲鋪頭就醬油味多過鹵水味，呢間三記就唔會，非常正宗。而底下用左芽菜鋪底，吸收曬鹵水汁，好好送飯。同埋佢提供咗蒜蓉醋同甜酸醬兩種，蒜蓉醋係自家調較，好開胃。另外叫咗個蠔仔粥，蠔仔size 適中，指頭大細，唔會太大又唔會太細，有蠔仔鮮味，又有咬口，另外特別既係佢落咗土魷碎代替方魚碎，同出面既鋪頭唔同，有別樣既香味。而避風塘雞球炸得好香口，不過多咗啲油，或者係雞球會出油啦，相對之下有啲油膩感，但蒜頭同辣椒非常香口，撈飯一流。
