To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慈雲山好細，但似乎呢間小菜好出名，試一試。兩個人食得唔多，胃口唔好，試幾味。蠔仔粥－蠔仔算大隻，粥底就唔太夠味，我期望係濃濃既大地魚味，70分。炒蜆－掂，蜆仔夠大隻，絕大部份都無甩左D肉，微辣，惹味，係正！（九點唔夠就沽清）豆豉鯪魚油麥菜－炒得算乾身，味道偏淡，鯪魚食唔番以前種甘香，只怪大陸食品水準下降。成晚真係超多人，坐到出街，太熱。等冬天先再考慮。
