To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

態度好 非常貼心 鍾水餃 好味！

平時好少寫食評，但今次真係忍唔住要出手讚下渝酸辣粉，希望多啲人支持佢。經過呢間野好幾年，今日都係第一次食，叫左碗肥腸粉紅湯，老闆好好禮貌，成間舖既人都好親切。紅薯粉略嫌硬，可能平時自己食開淋既，下次可以叫淋啲。叫左正常辣，個湯有啲後勁，麻辣之外有胡椒味，個人幾中意。另外加左個鍾水餃，見到好多人推介，真係好好味，個汁甜甜辣辣，好開胃，味道好難忘，唔係一味得個辣字，食完仲回味緊！一個人食左一碗粉再加五隻鍾水餃都食得哂。另外值得一提既係小店非常貼心，會主動加茶，見我用左張紙巾會補一張紙巾比我，見我差唔多食完會比牙簽，好貼心，上下員工都好親切，冇一般飲食業晦晦氣氣既態度。
