"峇里堂" 已經開業差唔多有40年歷史,主打印尼地道口味,餐廳裝修簡潔又寬敞,靠窗邊的位置,更可以望住彌敦道街景,環境都幾舒服㗎🔮雙色咖央多士黑糖口味和竹炭口味嘅多士烘底,中間夾着一塊厚厚的牛油和咖央醬,除咗賣相特別之外,口感相當順滑,斑斕椰香味隨隨滲出,甜度亦適中,很有南洋風味🔮蝦醬炒通菜份量相當之多,通菜翠綠爽脆,蝦醬鹹香惹味帶微辣,很好送飯呀🔮峇里堂三巴醬炒海鮮海鮮份量相當之多,有大虎蝦,青口,蜆,花枝丸,材料都十分新鮮,這個三巴醬十分之特別,基本的汁底再加以調味,再加入洋蔥,香蒜,九層塔和鮮辣椒等,不太食辣的我order咗小辣,辣味剛剛好,非常香口,汁底先辣後帶甜,每樣海鮮都均勻地裹著醬汁,非常惹味🔮青.風以青瓜,薄荷葉,青檸,香茅和蘇打調配而成的峇里特飲,我覺得有啲似印尼版的Vrigin Mojito,入口相當清新,微酸醒胃,最喜歡還是那種淡淡的香茅清香,食咗咁多濃味嘅嘢食來一杯清新的特飲,相當refresh

🔮雙色咖央多士
黑糖口味和竹炭口味嘅多士烘底,中間夾着一塊厚厚的牛油和咖央醬,除咗賣相特別之外,口感相當順滑,斑斕椰香味隨隨滲出,甜度亦適中,很有南洋風味

🔮蝦醬炒通菜
份量相當之多,通菜翠綠爽脆,蝦醬鹹香惹味帶微辣,很好送飯呀

🔮峇里堂三巴醬炒海鮮
