To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢款係我地認為最好食既壽司,接近MVP😍師傅將蝦膏微微燒再同飯撈埋一齊,未食已經聞到非常香濃;而蝦既肉質緊緻黏口,濃厚鮮甜UP❗️

✨火炙左口魚邊
我好鍾意食左口魚邊🙂‍↕️平時要食到好味嘅左口魚邊都唔係容易,呢一件大大件仲有入口即溶既感覺,炙燒過後將魚油脂滲出黎好香好滑好豐富〰️

✨醬油漬吞拿魚
師傅將吞拿魚掃上醬油,令魚味提升鮮味🐟

✨北海道醬油漬三文魚籽
魚籽脹卜卜又大粒多到滿瀉,掃上醬油漬可以去除魚籽既腥味,好鮮甜😍

✨紫海膽
海膽係淡淡既橙黃色,鮮甜又唔會腥。味道濃厚甘甜,係鮮、甘、甜❗️

✨麵豉湯
正正常常唔會好咸~

✨黑豆抹茶奶凍
呢個黑豆抹茶奶凍,抹茶都係由師傅自家製,奶凍口感好香滑🤤抹茶醬好濃郁回甘,兩者互相中和非常好味,係完美ending
