To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 落單半小時後服務員通知已沒有片皮鴨(屬特價菜色),一小時後甚麼也沒上枱,要追數次才有得餸送到,但看見服務員推車時車上的餸菜跌倒,見到碟白灼蝦跌了數隻在地下,服務員推埋一邊整理後再上枱,好在沒有把跌下的再上碟!白灼蝦都有點質素,都算不太細隻,肉質鮮美。蒜蓉菜心來到時已經不太熱。金薯牛柳粒更要再次叫跟單才來到,這已是落單後近一個半鐘的事情,但與隔鄰枱的同樣餸那一碟比較像縮了水。匆匆吃完趕著走,因為餐廳說已沒有泊車優惠。這一[等]餐花了三個小時的停車費(已經一到立即叫片皮鴨)!慢工但不見出到細貨,食客要有點耐性!早午市點心可能可以,但晚飯質素有待改善。
