To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約丫姨去土瓜灣睇樓，期間落好大雨，打算搵個地方遮雨兼醫下肚。記得平時搭巴士經過，近北帝街附近有間叫Nonsense嘅cafe，上網search過見評價唔錯，極有興趣試試。🟣雙重芝士蟹肉焗大啡菇焗既大啡菇好大件，一客仲要有兩件，一人一件唔洗爭，切開全部都喺蟹肉，蟹肉上搭配芝士片同大啡菇都幾夾，食落口感好豐富，正！🔵蒜香煙肉薑蔥韓國蠔用上半煎烤的煮法處理韓國蠔，烹調時間控制得宜，故外層脆口，入面蠔肉嫰滑。🟢炸軟殼蟹海鮮芝士咖喱鍋烤油餅有一大個軟殼蟹原件上，訓嚮芝士咖喱鍋上面，蟹炸得好薄粉，外脆內軟既口感好正，配上拉絲既芝士咖喱鍋，用來點油餅真係幾正🟡烤羊架配烤蔬菜羊架肉質鮮甜美味🥰💯切落好有質感，澳洲羊架係我比較鍾情既美食，羊脂分布均勻唔會有油膩感，食落無羊羶味，配以特製醬汁，真係垂涎三尺，配菜健康新鮮有營養👍🏻同醬汁味道好match成個口感同味道都好豐富。
