今日係尖沙咀食咗一間新餐廳,位置係K-11入邊。專門食牛丼。佢哋主打熟成加慢煮,令牛肉味道提昇到極致。丼飯有4項選擇,第一選肉,有慢煮熟成牛肉,或者加錢做頂級美國三角脊扒牛肉,又或者日本和牛, 唔食牛又可以選擇慢煮北海道四元豚或者日式炸雞。第二就係揀主食,有白飯、蒜片醬油炒飯、蛋白炒飯、意粉又或者沙律底。第三就係揀配料,可以加隻煎蛋、溫泉蛋、水耕菜、仲有夢王嘅雞蛋蛋黃。最後就係揀醬汁,都有成七款嘅選擇。我揀嘅就係慢煮熟成牛肉、白飯、紅酒照燒汁、同埋夢王雞蛋黃,上面其實仲有一啲鮮忌廉喺度。牛肉經過慢煮同埋熟成,質地一定係滑嫩,加上佢用火槍輕輕彈過,加多一倍嘅焦香感。夢王蛋黃加埋忌廉同埋照燒汁撈飯食,甜甜地好開胃。正常份量有90g 肉,我知一定唔夠,所以就升級做120g,果然一定要多肉先至係好食。
