跟朋友在K11行街經過一間文青特色傢俬店 發現裏面有間主打慢煮牛嘅餐廳 於是就入去試一試 我們分別點了兩個signature 嘅慢煮牛肉飯 但就分別嘗試唔同嘅醬料同配搭:🐮慢煮熟成牛肉+蒜香油炒飯+秘製熟成牛辣肉醬+ 蘭王生雞蛋+脆香蒜片鼎鼎大名嘅蘭王蛋配上炒飯底 簡直係一流 超級好味嘅蛋汁同啲蒜香炒飯完美咁撈埋一齊 再加埋牛肉醬辣辣地超級惹味 就咁食個飯已經食唔停口另一方面 慢煮牛不愧係餐廳主打招牌 肉質嫩口 而且咬落去超有質感 加埋脆脆的蒜片 令佢更上一層樓🐮慢煮熟成牛肉+蒜香油炒飯+芥末籽肉汁+自家製鮮忌廉+ 流心香煎日本蛋這一份想試芥末籽肉汁再加自家製鮮忌廉的配搭 肉質豐富嘅牛肉配上酸酸甜甜嘅汁以及流心蛋的蛋汁 令人食慾大增 又會食多幾啖飯🙈 連埋鮮忌廉食反而可以減低油膩感 是有驚喜的配搭加了$48要小食炸雞 共有3大件 上枱時覺得看似有點乾 但是咬下去有驚喜 入面還保留了肉汁而且外皮是脆的 加分位是配搭的沙律醬 有點微辣 問了店員後才知道原來是自家調製的 沙律醬中加味醂及七味粉 讚👍🏻

雖然餐廳招牌係牛肉,個人更愛呢個豚肉飯,估唔到食豚肉個口感可以咁嫰滑,混合蘭王生雞蛋仲正,珍珠米粒粒飽滿充滿米香. 個香橙肉汁又幾特別喎.

自家製忌廉每日新鮮打造,味道甜甜地,估唔到配肉類都好夾,一啲都唔膩反而可以令丼飯口感更輕盈清新.

不過留意番,落單起計到上菜時間都要等一陣嘅,個名都話你知係慢煮啦,心急嘅人記住放慢腳步享受吓同朋友傾偈嘅時間慢慢等美食送到.

近年少寫食評,但這間的確有趣,所以不吐不快。重點先寫:究竟是什麼鬼斧神功才可把牛肉切得如此薄?感覺它比任何coldcut還要薄一半。是那種可以挑戰杜蕾斯、岡本0.001,被寫入建力士世界大全的薄!它的方式不可能是火鍋肥牛那種一嚿凍肉預先用機器切吧?好了,味道如何呢?其實還不錯,先有明顯的燒烤香氣,熟成肉把肉味濃縮,算幾有肉香,但部位較廋無油脂香。由於太薄關係,所有味道也是一觸即散,而且質感容易乾柴。離奇在於如此輕薄半熟的牛肉還是有點韌。飯更是強差人意。圓米口感竟然偏乾硬,不夠熱。完全無日本米那種軟糯煙韌、嚼後有甜味的特質。配上所謂“紅酒照燒汁”亦其實只是一般超市買到的現成貨,無紅酒味可言。至於要加錢的蘭王蛋,其實不算特別濃。我吃過比它平比它濃的蛋黃呢。值得一讚是由於蛋黄散了,店方主動送多一隻給我。是香港罕有地‘’識自重、知廉恥‘’的店,值得表揚。服務方面,我當日遇上的年輕女士,總是陰聲細氣,面帶笑容地回應客人,尋回在香港近乎絕跡的“應有禮貌”。可以加分!整體而言,食物中規中矩,性價比不高。但見此店竟人氣不錯,站得住腳,就覺得有些疑惑:照計香港人視日本為鄉下,要求應該高些吧?但環顧四週,
