To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到Grand Hyatt Steakhouse食佢嘅lunch set,每人$480,好豐富好多嘢食,個個都食到捧住個肚!相入面係兩個lunch set嘅份量,但都選擇可以叫A Lar Carte,十分flexible!Sliced Garlic Bread餐前包係蒜蓉包簡直係打響頭炮!麵包熱辣辣,蒜蓉牛油嘅香味好濃,離好遠都聞到!不過塊包似乎有少少太厚切,冇咗脆卜卜嘅口感,不過中間都係好鬆軟嘅。建議大家趁熱食,凍咗食都幾考牙力😂Tiger Prawn Cocktail Louis Sauce一上碟就俾啲肥蝦吸引咗🤣隻隻蝦都勁肥美,而且十分爽口,一啲粉狀嘅感覺都冇!食落口會略略食到有海水嘅咸味,不過絕對唔腥,係新鮮嘅證明!旁邊有檸檬同埋cocktail sauce,但我覺得咩都唔落就咁食已經好正了。底下仲有啲沙律菜,可以點啲Louis Sauce,咁就變咗Caesar Salad!Blue Mussels with Tomato Sauce呢個appetizer係專為蒜蓉包而設🤣個蕃茄湯好香,加咗herbs同紅酒,再有少少辣椒粉去吊味,完全可以當做一個湯去飲!青口大細平均,隻隻都好大

餐前包係蒜蓉包簡直係打響頭炮!麵包熱辣辣,蒜蓉牛油嘅香味好濃,離好遠都聞到!不過塊包似乎有少少太厚切,冇咗脆卜卜嘅口感,不過中間都係好鬆軟嘅。建議大家趁熱食,凍咗食都幾考牙力😂

呢個appetizer係專為蒜蓉包而設🤣個蕃茄湯好香,加咗herbs同紅酒,再有少少辣椒粉去吊味,完全可以當做一個湯去飲!青口大細平均,隻隻都好大隻,冇沙,食得好乾淨好放心。不過啲青口就唔太吸收到啲湯啲精華,都係點蒜蓉包最好!

Lobster Bisque
呢個係額外加$35叫嘅,一個兩份share。湯係好香好稠身,不過就咸咗少少,吞落口會有少少嗆。但加埋面頭嘅cream飲就更creamy更smooth~

6oz Grass Fed Tenderloin
上mains嘅時候其實已經勁飽😂😂好彩只係6 oz,都算handle到。呢塊medium rare嘅tenderloin,我會話外面係煎得脆咗少少嘅,切到某啲位可能會稍韌。不過入面嘅肉層就剛剛好,食邊邊位確實好淋身,但就未至於入口即喇,但我都會話係好完滿🥳


Sides我哋揀咗個fries同smashed potato。薯條面頭仲加咗層芝士,真係不得了:smashed potato好滑身,不過就係太滑身,好多牛油,真係好飽🤣食完塊牛真係食唔到啲sides🤣

最後當然以甜品作結,好開心餐廳有記得birthday remarks,送咗嚿mini brownie俾我😆而後面就係我哋嘅set dessert key lime pie。牛油餅底包住酸酸嘅lemon mousse,加埋面頭嘅cream中和番,個味道就唔會俾酸蓋過哂了🥳不過都係太大嚿,最後係要打包😂


餐廳仲好窩心地幫我哋用相機影咗張相,再曬番出嚟用相卡入住,仲寫埋birthday greetings,淨係service都100分喇😆
