/前菜開始就已經非常吸引,有花雕酒鮑魚、拖羅及火炙完嘅新鮮白子,開胃又醒神。.之後嘅每一道菜都各有特色,難以盡錄。我就介紹幾道我印象最深刻的吧。象拔蚌配白粟米汁,呢道睇落好似甜品,食落又的確清新鮮甜。醬汁係用宮城粟米調製而成,配上白象拔蚌一流。.其後嘅青森黑鮑、右口魚、北海道蝦、大拖羅及喜知次,選用嘅都係最新鮮嘅高級食材。烹調方式都係盡量帶出食材本身嘅鮮味及平衡不同嘅口感。師傅功力深厚,每道菜式都令人讚不絕口。.今餐海膽嘅菜式更係令人驚喜無限,無論係拿破崙海膽配紫菜天婦羅或越南海膽配松葉蟹肉及宮城白粟米都回味無窮,恨不得再來一份。除此之外,罕有嘅野生海膽「地膽」,以手背微溫完品嘗,鮮甜嘅味難以忘懷。
