星期五係我生日,另一半專登搵一間有得食生蠔嘅餐廳❤️上OpenRice 見到呢間食fine dining,於是就訂檯喇。當晚我哋遲左半個鐘先到,因為唔會做兩轉檯,所以遲到張檯都唔會冇咗。首先我哋點生蠔先,本人中意食但完全冇特別要求,又咗啱淨返3種,咁就呢3種,餐廳做緊買一送一❤️咁就有6隻喇✌🏻然後我哋點菜係一人一樣,main course 就我叫牛面頰,另一半叫和牛首先上嘅麵包,啲麵包好食,但我想講嘅係兩隻醬,好特別啊!一隻係有孜然粉嘅茄子醬,一隻係辣肉腸醬!跟住我啲生蠔就嚟喇我都係嗰句,冇乜研究😆只係分得出濃淡,啲帶子位好鮮甜呀OMG😱Starter嚟喇,呢個鵝肝凍酥皮加咗無花果,配埋食唔會好漏,就咁食就香鵝肝味。我叫呢個煙燻鱔沙律,啲魚我又唔覺得特別好好食,最特別嘅係舖底嘅白酒啫喱凍,好refreshing 😋呢個係蝦清湯。我影到好似碗中藥😆話說我初頭睇餐牌以為係龍蝦湯😂waitress 提醒我係蝦咋。但飲落飲龍蝦湯味喎🤤不過啲蝦呢係就好爽,但係冇鮮味,莫非煲到冇味?另一半點蟹肉蘆筍忌廉湯,佢對海鮮敏感,比起蝦湯呢個加多啲其他材料應該好啲。佢飲到好重蟹味,我飲到重蘆筍味😂大家對抗拒嘅

另一半點蟹肉蘆筍忌廉湯,佢對海鮮敏感,比起蝦湯呢個加多啲其他材料應該好啲。佢飲到好重蟹味,我飲到重蘆筍味😂大家對抗拒嘅味道特別敏感吧。相入面黑色嘅係蟹鉗,我都係覺得唔係好鮮味,湯雖然係忌廉湯,不過飲完唔覺得好漏。

到Entree 另一半嘅鵝肝好香口🤤加埋菠蘿食冇咁漏,但係呢種小菠蘿太甜喇,配酸嘅會好啲。

我呢個蟹肉白菌卷都好好味,好似食春卷咁但唔漏,上面配黑魚子底部配中東米都幾得意,魚子味道重中東米淡口,味道好多層次👍🏻

喺飽到7成嘅時候就上main course。呢個牛面頰炆到好滑好冧,入口即溶,個汁好濃,如果唔係咁飽我會食曬佢🤤

另一半叫M8和牛,好香牛味,5成熟煎得啱啱好👍🏻肉質仲保持到好嫩滑,食到有脂肪嘅地方真係成個口都好香牛味🤤再點啲鹽冇咁漏
甜品時由於另一半有講係我生日,有一個點左百爵茶忌廉拿破侖,仲有張即影即有添❤️
呢間餐廳除左菜色好味有特式之後,值得一讚係一位女侍應,佢應該係比其他侍應高級啲嘅,醒過其他人好多之餘又識得同人客傾下偈講下笑👍🏻我哋兩個都食得好開心😃
