首先上嘅當然就係熱騰騰嘅麵包,有四款,每一款都好好食,加埋海鹽牛油更加yummy yummy!

Gold ostra regal no. 1 oyster 個擺盤超靚,用咗好多個玫瑰花放喺底,完全襯得起呢種好rare嘅生蠔!成隻生蠔其實都好大隻,味道清新,加埋西瓜sorbert同日本pepper代替tobasco,成個感覺好正啊!

Parma ham and melon 用咗超新星嘅方法去呈現,首先將melon變成juice,再將Parma Ham刨碎,最後加埋自家製嘅薄荷油,成個dish好refreshing!

Japanese matsuba crab 其實就係高級茶碗蒸,入面用咗超多松葉蟹腳肉,加埋面頭個脆餅同uni,又creamy但又有脆脆感,超有層次感!

Iberico pork pluma 係我食過最好味嘅黑毛豬梅頭肉dish!肉質嫩滑但外皮脆脆,每一口都好香,而配埋旁邊個菠蘿紫蘇葉醬就更加特別!

A4 wagyu striploin肉味超濃,油脂分佈好正,有入口即溶嘅效果!旁邊個黑松露蘑菇mash potato都好出色,口感細膩,味道濃郁。

a la carte 我地要左北海道帶子淡水小龍蝦闊條麵 $428 個pasta口感好好,個sauce都夠creamy,加埋新鮮嘅帶子同小龍蝦,呢個配搭簡單得來都夠memorable。

當然都有點埋$58 一杯嘅mulled wine啦,講明慶祝一定要d酒先夠圓滿!

不過提醒大家記住一定要係the one嘅UG2樓先有lift直達餐廳,唔係架架都去到㗎!
