To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

男朋友生日帶佢去咗食中菜🥰 米芝蓮嘅服務果然非常好而且環境都好舒服😌 小食嘅海苔腰果非常香又炒得好脆😚商務午市套餐($688/p.p)鮮花椒黃酒浸鮮鮑好精緻嘅一道菜鮑魚一啲都唔韌而且酒味都幾濃🤤 上面仲放咗魚子醬好有心思又精緻🥰筍尖蝦餃，沙茶滷肉粉果，娘惹香辣咸水角三款點心嘅外皮都好薄😍 蝦餃同埋粉果餡料好足整得好新鮮😋 而咸水角外型都好特別口感外脆內軟好味🤤羊肚菌炒龍蝦球龍蝦球真係大大件而且肉質非常爽口彈牙😚 羊肚菌去炒都幾夾😌嫩雞煨稻庭烏冬烏冬嘅雞湯非常甜食落味道比較清淡烏冬亦都非常之滑😝食完咁多嘢再食都唔會覺得好辛苦🤭椰果石榴甘露楊枝甘露就食得多第一次食石榴味😍😍 感覺非常清新唔會太甜識落都好舒服😋美點薈萃有香脆嘅曲奇餅同埋糕點寫着生日牌去慶祝生日😍 不過呢個就等得有啲耐先嚟到🤔蜜餞西班牙黑豚肉叉燒(半份）聽聞呢度好出名叉燒所以我哋都額外叫咗半份😌 果然係好入味肥瘦均勻咬落口感好林不過我反而覺得肉質冇咁林身有咬口啲會再好味啲😌
