唐述開咗一段時間好多特別搞作keep住有話題d菜式又靚所以特別揀咗同朋友慶祝生日咁多度菜式脆皮海參令我最難忘外表黑漆漆但係真正外脆內嫩配埋鮑魚汁傍邊的鮑魚都給比下去了另外特別欣賞金匙一口脆的設計將一個傳統的脆盞變得好看又易吃煙燻雞真正皮脆肉嫩另外一個玻子棋盤亦非常之有創意當晚見大廚穿梭於不同枱之間作介紹想必對自己的創作很有信心另外餐廳的cocktail也很特別試了一款用爵杯盛載的荔枝香味非常易入口整體是不錯的體驗有機會必定再訪

所以特別揀咗同朋友慶祝生日

脆皮海參令我最難忘
外表黑漆漆
但係真正外脆內嫩
配埋鮑魚汁
傍邊的鮑魚都給比下去了
另外特別欣賞金匙一口脆的設計
將一個傳統的脆盞變得好看又易吃
煙燻雞真正皮脆肉嫩
另外一個玻子棋盤亦非常之有創意
當晚見大廚穿梭於不同枱之間作介紹
想必對自己的創作很有信心
另外餐廳的cocktail也很特別
試了一款用爵杯盛載的
荔枝香味非常易入口
整體是不錯的體驗
