今日到訪IFC的唐述和honey 慶祝生日。餐廳的裝修充滿現代感,感覺高雅又舒適,加上單邊海景,很開揚的感覺。五代同堂有蔥油帶子,20年古月龍山浸鮑魚,昆布甜酸意大利蕃茄仔,慢煮泡椒蟶子皇,鴛鴦橋頭等。蕃茄仔爆汁,酸酸甜甜的,超可口;鮑魚幾爽口鮮美;蟶子爽口,微微的辣;而那帶子口感軟滑,最後的橋頭醒神爽口,津津有味。花膠雲吞雞湯這個湯清清地,有少少雞味,雲吞的鮮蝦幾爽口,無油的健康風味蒜香欖菜龍蝦:這龍蝦不是太大件,但已經開邊,方便進食,滿有避風塘風味,龍蝦肉爽彈有汁,不錯。鹽焗蝦餃:幾爽口彈牙,吃的蝦的天然風味;蟹籽燒賣:啖啖肉,正常水平;海苔小籠包:有少少湯汁,肉饀唔會好實,有少少豚肉味;西班牙黑毛豬酥:可以encore, 酥皮鬆化,黑毛豬饀有汁又有叉燒醬油風味;脆皮蝦春卷: 炸得香脆又不油膩,蝦肉鮮美;香脆蝦多士:滿滋味,多士又薄又脆,加上炸過,蝦肉饀更加惹味,好吃!,焗蛋撻有水準,撻皮又脆又鬆化,加上香甜的旦漿,-個一口,不錯。迷你滑蛋牛河:賣相一般但滿有鑊氣,牛肉片軟滑,加上滑旦,口感濕潤,味道幾ok.貴妃玉露:這個甜品真可口!有石榴和西柚的清香,味道清爽甜滑,又有奶香,輕輕的甜,不錯。石榴糕口感似軟滑啫喱,酸酸的,很夏日的感覺;白糖糕軟身,甜甜的懷舊風味。 continue reading

坊間唔少餐廳都有做點心放題,但呢間位於中環IFC嘅「唐述」推出嘅點心放題Brunch($588+10%/位)絕對係我去過其中一間最高質嘅!餐廳位於交通方便嘅IFC,呢度嘅海景超靚、裝修同餐具都好精緻,最加分嘅係店員服務態度非常殷勤。個Brunch係fix左一份前菜同埋一碗湯,再自選一份主菜,而點心同埋甜品就任叫任食嘅!前菜擺盤10分精緻,當中嘅燒帶子、醃生蝦同埋蟶子都非常鮮甜!主菜方面,我同女朋友當日都揀咗蔥爆龍蝦:雖然隻龍蝦份量唔係好大,但係香氣撲鼻,而且龍蝦肉爽口彈牙,令人一試難忘!點心方面,每一款都各有特色!我最鍾意嘅係蝦餃、燒賣同埋小籠包,因為佢哋唔單止賣相好吸引,食落去更加係非常好味!除咗Regular嘅點心之外,我哋亦都可以任叫乾炒牛河、魚蓉粥等飽肚之選。呢兩款都好好味,而且上嚟嘅份量唔會話太大,如果想淺嘗嘅話都係非常適合嘅!甜品方面,每一款都造型滿分。我個人最鍾意嘅係貴妃玉露,用咗好甜嘅碌柚同埋石榴去整,唔會太甜得黎仲好refreshing!總結:唐述嘅weekend branch真係非常高質,每一樣食物我都好鍾意,有機會會再嚟! continue reading
