鮑魚口感十足,但唔會太硬,充分調味,而且唔會太鹹剛剛好

⭐️蟹肉蟹膏豆腐
濃郁嘅蟹味,但唔會有腥嘅味道
陣陣既蟹膏味喺口入面,咬落去蟹肉分明,雖然份量唔算多,但恰到好處

⭐️帶子八爪魚繡球菌
刺身、帶子同埋八爪魚竟然配搭繡球菌,然後加上類似沙律醋,酸酸甜甜好惹味

⭐️鯛魚、白蝦貝海膽
鯛魚表面燒過,做到少少半生熟效果,但仲保留到魚嘅鮮味🐟特別鍾意佢嘅特製蛋黃醬,酸酸地,好獨特嘅味道

睇佢個樣以為係甜品,點知原來係鹹點😮薄薄嘅餅皮包住大量嘅蟹肉同埋三文魚籽,咬落去蟹味走晒出嚟,微量嘅三文魚籽帶點點酸,味道配搭得相當之好👍🏻

⭐️蟹肉三文魚子蒸蛋
擺盤十分精緻嘅蒸蛋,充滿着日式味道嘅茶碗蒸,配搭新鮮嘅蟹肉同埋三文魚籽,食完超滿足😋

⭐️日式醬燒豆腐
師傅炸豆腐技巧十足,用軟豆腐,竟然可以唔爛,而且佢嘅炸豆腐配上鰹魚醬汁十分夾,雖然炸豆腐有少少部份地方黑咗🤣

⭐️燒藍鰭吞拿魚下顎
滿滿嘅骨膠原同埋魚油味,去埋酸醋同埋檸檬,食落去完全冇魚腥味,好特別嘅口感體驗

❗️溫馨提示:記得唔好掛住打卡,要趁熱食,因為凍咗就會有腥味❗️

⭐️天婦羅沙錐魚、溫室南瓜
南瓜天然甜,魚節節分明,炸粉厚度適中,亦都唔會太油

⭐️燒帆立貝
店員即場刨柚子皮加係帆立貝上,超級香

淡淡嘅胡椒味配上帆立貝熱辣辣好好食

⭐️銀蛤魚湯+香草龍蝦汁意大利燴飯
日式生蝦配搭意大利香草別有一番風味,龍蝦汁超級濃郁,而且帶有清爽洋蔥味,蕃茄同洋蔥都經過處理口感唔會太生

湯亦非常鮮甜,簡簡單單豐富海鮮味道👅銀蛤有好濃郁嘅鮮味,非常好食

⭐️水信玄餅配西瓜+乳酸提子梳打
西瓜冰凍Juicy,好鍾意水玄餅咁凍L
梳打甜度適中,最靚係成個擺盤連埋煙霧嘅波波

雖然俾錢嘅時候有啲肉赤
但確實今餐真係好好食
