難得今年來了一個復活節長假期, 終於可以輕鬆放下工作, 出外走走。不用快餐生活, 可以在這裡慢慢享用西班牙菜。名字 Sabor 是西班牙語, 解作 「味道」。餐廳只有4-5張細檯, 配以開放式廚房, 廚師跟客人可以互動。餐廳雖小, 不過四處佈置帶有西班牙風格。這幅畫展示西班牙出名的佛朗明哥 (Flamenco) 舞姿。牆上掛著代表一年四季的畫, 感覺很和諧。點了$520 set (6個 Tapas及甜品)Tapas是西班牙飲食国粹, 因為西班牙的用餐時間跟其他國家不一樣, 午餐是下午2-4時, 晚餐就是晚上9-11時, 所以下班後的6-8時, 就會相約朋友到酒吧聊天, Tapas 可解作小食。先來餐前開胃小食, 分別是薯仔粒、橄欖、蕃茄沙沙多士。沾上香草沙律醬的薯仔粒, 味道醒胃, 而橄欖本人就不多愛好。蕃茄沙沙多士, 蕃茄蓉粒放在多士上, 一口清新一口脆。Portobello mushroom benedict, 平日的egg benedict是用muffin, 今次以大啡菇還是頭一次嚐試。荷蘭醬味道調得剛好, 不會太膩, 輕輕切開水煮蛋蛋黃已流出, 我不太好菇類, 所以覺得大啡菇味
