To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 回想同老公拍拖時成日去食 最鐘意佢地嘅越式生熟牛河 牛油雞翼 牙車筷 今日約左朋友睇戲 順便一齊Lunch 所以提意不如去食啦 佢地裝修後終於有機會去 入內格局無太大改變 換晒新枱櫈 光猛左兼用換埋新Menu 可能我out左 因為都無幫襯一段時間香矛豬扒撈檬 $58味道唔錯加埋佢地嘅酸辣汁食 胃口大開 熱天食最解暑 fresh 另外我同老公更係為品嘗出名嘅生熟牛河啦 $48想回憶它的滋味 口湯仍然好濃兼無口渴 但件蘿蔔就有d失色 有渣架 牛肉份量足兼滑Menu已經無左牙車筷了這名字 現已改為雞絲椰菜絲salad $68 連做法同賣相都原全變晒 味道更加唔同 好掛念之前的味道 至於呢個salad一般 雞絲少 d菜絲帶苦 炸春卷 $44 熱辣辣 香脆無失手 但得四小件連生菜
