To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又一間因為佢個名特別而吸引左我地去食既餐廳 我地一行二人午飯時間去 大家都叫左“台式滷味拼盤拼滷肉飯”呢個午餐set滷肉飯:頗高質 滷肉軟嫩帶有膠質 而肥瘦度亦恰到好處 醬油非常惹味 用黎送飯一流 正!滷味拼盤:同樣十分高質 好入味 而滷味既種類亦都幾多下 有豆干,蛋, 海帶, 豬耳,牛展等等 非常豐富 我仲聽講店主係台灣人 係正宗既台灣風味呀!環境方面 舒服好坐 裝修走懷舊風 入到去好似時光倒流幾十年咁 幾特別 睇得出店主既心思 打卡影相一流 另外溫馨提示 午膳時間比較多人 唔想等太耐的話 建議預早打去訂座
