最近我去左一間舊式香港扒房西冷牛扒餐 $140烹調得非常出色,揀左5成熟,牛扒煎至5成熟岩岩好,內部肉質鮮嫩多汁,配咗黑椒汁。我特別加了蒜蓉,這兩種調味料增添左牛肉的香氣和風味,食落好香好好味。跟餐有羅宋湯和餐包及餐飲,食曬一個餐,絕對好夠飽!美國德州頂級西冷牛扒餐 $194牛肉質地更為優質,比起西冷牛扒$140,呢個餐牛扒係冇醃製過,牛味重一點,口感更加出眾。牛扒經過烹調後保持了鮮嫩的質感,搭配洋蔥汁和蒜蓉,我自己個人喜歡食普通西冷牛扒多啲~一樣有餐湯餐包餐飲跟配~這間舊式香港扒房所提供的牛扒餐具有濃厚舊香港風味,給人一種懷舊的感覺,一個值得一試的地方。
