這晚帶格格來朝聖!也不曉得她知道誰是四大探長、破豪,反正這格局、裝潢的酒樓實在已買少見少,這晚看見它還算高朋滿座,可能還可吃多一兩次!剛坐下,侍應姨姨先來一盤功夫茶,還不斷為我們介紹,夠積極,很欣賞。菜牌上也的確有一些平常沒什麼人做的潮州菜,所以先點個真是沒吃過的“椒鹽豬潤”來考個牌!不錯。“雙面黃”,有水準!麵條煎得分明,跟它兩個好朋友,即糖和醋,絕配!“鵝片拼盤”,這應該是我這幾年來吃過賣相最好的滷水拼盤,味道又好,果然名不虛傳,下次一定要翻兜!“方魚炒芥蘭”,這個,一般,方魚確是夠香夠脆,但菜葉太多,太估寒,影響了口感。但總括來說,見識過,三生有幸,出品水平尚可,鹵水拼盤尤其突出!
